Toastie Using Hommus (makes 1 serve)
Prep Time – 3 minutes, total cook time – 7-8 minutes.
- Assorted roasted Mediterranean vegetables (I used zuchinni, mushroom, capsicum and eggplant)
- 2 Mozzarella slices (Optional- can be taken out to make the recipe vegan)
- 2 Sourdough bread slices
- Butter (optional)
- SSS Foods Natural Hommus
- Spread SSS Foods hummus onto both slices of sourdough.
- Spread other side with butter.
- Assort roasted vegetables onto sandwich, topped with mozzarella.
- Place other piece of bread on top.
- Place sandwich in the toastie maker for around 3 minutes.
