Chocolate Chip Hommus Cookies
Prep Time – 5 minutes, Total cook time – 15-20 minutes
These hommus cookies are vegan, gluten free and totally delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 tub SSS Foods Hommus
- 2 cups almond meal
- ¼ cup oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Preheat over oven to 180°C.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, stir through with a cake spatula until consistency is smooth and creamy.
- Roll the dough into small balls approximately 3cm wide, press them slightly to make a cookie shape.
- Put the cookies onto the baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake for 15 – 20 mins or until golden and cooked through.
