Chocolate Chip Hommus Cookies

Prep Time – 5 minutes, Total cook time – 15-20 minutes

These hommus cookies are vegan, gluten free and totally delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tub SSS Foods Hommus
  • 2 cups almond meal
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Preparation:

  1. Preheat over oven to 180°C.
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl, stir through with a cake spatula until consistency is smooth and creamy.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls approximately 3cm wide, press them slightly to make a cookie shape.
  4. Put the cookies onto the baking tray covered with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 15 – 20 mins or until golden and cooked through.
