This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect on www.sssfoods.com.au (the “Site”). It does not apply to the careers page.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect on the Site, how we may use that information and with whom we may share it. The Privacy Policy also describes the measures we take to protect the security of the personal information. We also tell you how you can reach us to ask us to update your preferences regarding how we communicate with you or answer any questions you may have about our privacy practices.

We may collect your personal information in relation to your interactions and transactions with us.  Information we may collect include:

Contact information, such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, age or age range, questions, communications and other content you submit, information from your Pinterest, Instagram or Facebook account (if you choose to interact with the Site using Facebook Connect)

We may collect your personal information through the Site, by phone, email, or through your participation in a promotion, competition, or survey.

Linked websites may have their own privacy policies, which we strongly suggest you review if you visit any linked websites. We are not responsible for the content of any websites that are not operated by us, any use of those websites, or the privacy practices of those websites.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen on the Sites, we will delete the information from our records.

UPDATES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY 

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices or relevant laws. 

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

Jaspa Food Pty Ltd will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
